The Auxiliary Switch PS EFI is a key accessory primarily utilized for remote signalling of the state of contact’s condition (closed/open) of the main EFI switches. This allows for external monitoring of whether the EFI switch is in a closed or open state, providing critical feedback for system management. The PS EFI is designed to be fixed directly to EFI series switches.

• Important Notes on Mounting:
  • The PS EFI features a build-in width of 9 mm. Other dimensions of the device are in compliance with EFI switches.
  • For safety during installation, the EFI unit must be switched off when fitting the auxiliary switch.
  • It is crucial to note that PS EFI and DA EFI accessories cannot be mounted simultaneously on the same EFI unit, as both are designed to be mounted exclusively on the right side of the EFI.

The Shunt Trip Release DA EFI 16-80A.

• Mounting and Compatibility:
  • This accessory has a build-in width of 9mm.
  • As noted with the PS EFI, the PS EFI and DA EFI cannot be mounted together because both require installation on the right side of the EFI.
  • It is important to highlight that this shunt trip release is not suitable for EFI F type residual current circuit breakers.

ETI offers specific sealing pieces designed for EFI units to provide added protection or securing.
