ETI product series
These versatile components are compatible across the entire ETICONNECT range, providing essential functions for any terminal board assembly.
End Brackets
End brackets are crucial for securely locking terminal blocks onto TH35 DIN rails, preventing any movement or disconnection:
- ES-BTO (Spring Type): This bracket mounts directly onto the rail without screws, making it ideal for quick installations or when rail-fixing screws have high heads.
- ES-BT/3 (Screw Type): For maximum stability, this bracket is fixed to the TH35 rail with a screw.
Marking and Identification
Clear and durable marking is essential for easy identification, troubleshooting, and maintenance:
- Marking Tags (ES-NU0851 Series): These 8 x 5.1 mm tags are suitable for all terminal block types with rated cross-sections from 2.5mm² to 240mm². They are made of white polycarbonate with black printing and are available blank or with a wide range of pre-printed numbers and symbols (L1, L2, L3, N, PE, etc.).
- Supports for Custom Printing: For custom labels, use the ES-PTM (40 x 16.5 mm) and ES-PTMS (40 x 7 mm) supports. These pair with blank marking tags (ES-TAP1640AW and ES-TAP407AW) that can be printed on-demand using the SmartPrint printer.
Protective Covers
Protect your terminal board from accidental contact, dust, and tampering with our transparent PVC covers:
- ES-PZM Series: Supplied in 2-meter lengths, these covers are mounted on polyamide supports that fit standard DIN rails.
- ES-PZM.4: For terminal blocks with an overall dimension up to approx. 58 mm.
- ES-PZM.6: For terminal blocks with an overall dimension over 58 mm.
A wide variety of accessories is available to customize and enhance the functionality of our robust screw clamp terminal blocks.
End Sections and Partitions
- End Sections (ESC-PT Series): Every terminal board requires an insulating end section on its open side. These plates share the same profile as the terminal block they are designed for and can be used to separate circuits or increase insulation distances. They are available for most ESC series blocks, though high-current ESC-GPA models (70-240mm²) are fully enclosed and do not require them.
- Partitions (ESC-DFU Series): These red polyamide separators are used to visually identify specific circuits or to increase insulation distances between adjacent terminal blocks or commoning bars.
- Insulation Partitions for Bridges (ESC-DFM Series): Specifically designed to guarantee the required insulation distance between adjacent cross-connections (bridges) to prevent electrical breakthrough.
Cross-Connections (Bridges) and Commoning Bars
- "Easy Bridge" System (PTC/PTP Series): This system features screwless, snap-in jumpers for fast and secure connections. Jumpers can be inserted into a double slot, allowing for transversal and staggered connections. Once inserted, they are intrinsically IPXXB protected.
- PTC Series: Non-insulated jumpers, available in 2 and 10-pole versions. Recommended to be used with a U-shaped protective cover (ESC-PRP).
- PTP Series: Insulated jumpers (red or blue) available in 2, 3, and 10-pole versions.
- Permanent Cross Connections (ESC-POF): For a robust connection between two adjacent terminal blocks, the ESC-POF jumpers consist of a plate, two screws, and two sleeves.
- Commoning Bars (ESC-PMP): These bars, used with ESC-CPM screws and sleeves, allow for the connection of multiple terminal blocks and are available for 16 mm² and 35 mm² models.
Specialized Accessories
- For TestMeasurement Blocks (ESC-SCB):
- Insulated Sockets (ESC-PSD): These red sockets screw onto the terminal body, providing a safe connection point for test probes.
- Short Circuit Plates (ESC-SCB.6/PO): Available in 2 and 4-pole versions, these plates are used to form special cross-connections and allow for the simultaneous earthing of current reducers.
- For Fuse Holder Blocks (ESC-SFR):
- LED Indicators (ESC-LED): For ESC-SFR.4 models, these circuits signal when a fuse has blown. They are suitable for both AC and DC circuits.
- Conducting Elements: A solid brass cylinder (ESC-CO/05) can be inserted in place of a fuse to act as a disconnector. A diode holder cartridge (ESC-SFR/3A) is also available.
Accessories for the ESH series are designed to complement its speed and tool-free connection technology:
- End Sections (ESH-EFC/PT Series): Insulating end plates are available for every model, including feed-through, multi-conductor, and multi-level versions, in both grey and blue.
- Cross Connections / Bridges (ESH-EFB Series): The "Easy Bridge" system for Push-In blocks uses 10-pole insulated jumpers in red or blue.
- These jumpers can be easily cut to the desired length to connect any number of adjacent terminals.
- They insert into a double slot and do not require any additional insulating protection. Jumpers are available for different terminal cross-sections (e.g., ESH-EFB.1, ESH-EFB.2, ESH-EFB.4, ESH-EFB.6).
The ESP series is supported by a robust selection of accessories for versatile and vibration-resistant configurations:
- End Sections (ESP-HMT Series): Specific end sections are available for each type and cross-section of spring clamp terminal block, including feed-through, earth, multi-level, and potential power distribution models.
- Partitions (Separators):
- ESP-DFH: Red polyamide partitions used to visually separate groups of terminals or to increase insulation distances.
- ESP-DFM/500: A specialized red insulation partition used to guarantee the insulation distance between adjacent cross-connections.
- Cross Connections and Bridges (ESP-PTC/PTP Series): Spring clamp blocks also utilize the screwless, snap-in "Easy Bridge" system. These jumpers support transversal and staggered connections and are intrinsically IPXXB protected once inserted. They are available non-insulated (PTC) or insulated in red and blue (PTP).
- Accessories for Potential Power Distribution (ESP-HMR): These distribution blocks are designed to be connected to standard ESP-HMM feed-through terminals using PTC jumpers. Important: To connect the jumper to the distribution terminal, its second pin must be trimmed off.
- Specialized Marking Tags: The smallest 1.5mm² spring terminals (ESP-HMM.1, ESP-HTE.1) require specific numbering strips like ESP-SHZ and ESP-SH004S, as they are not compatible with the standard ES-NU tags.
