DIN rails are metal rails standardized under the German standard DIN EN 50022. They provide a standardized mounting platform for a variety of electrical and industrial control equipment.
Components designed for DIN rail mounting easily snap or slide onto the rail, requiring minimal tools.
Systems can be easily expanded or modified by adding or removing components on the rail.

Available Profiles
ETI supplies the industry‑standard TH 35 slotted rail in two surface grades:

Both profiles share the classic 35 mm × 7.5 mm geometry accepted by virtually every modular device on the market.
Materials Finishes
Cold‑rolled steel is zinc‑galvanised on all sides, then passivated for long‑term corrosion resistance. The L‑grade leaves a low‑glare matt surface; the A‑grade receives an extra polishing step for a high‑lustre shine—ideal when aesthetics or aggressive atmospheres matter.

DIN rails come in different profiles, with TH35 being the most common. This profile suits a wide range of applications. They are available with two types of surface finishes:
